Dynein
Dynein, hochmolekulares Protein mit ATPase-Aktivität; bildet in den Geißeln und Cilien ( Undulopodien) der Eukaryoten die paarweise von jedem A-Tubulus abgehenden und zum B-Tubulus des nächsten Dupletts führenden Arme. Durch die ATP-Spaltung wird Energie für die Bewegung der Geißeln und Cilien freigesetzt. Sie entsteht, indem die Dupletts aneinander vorbeigleiten. Die Bewegung erfolgt nach dem Gleitfasermodell ( Actin-Myosin-System). Die Tubuli entsprechen den Actinfilamenten, die Dyneinarme den Myosinköpfen.
